We always try to see patients at the appointed time, however if you are kept waiting there will normally be a good reason and we'll ensure you're kept informed.

If you have to cancel an appointment we require, whenever possible, 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements - perhaps to someone in pain.

If you are in urgent need of dental care, please call the practice at the earliest opportunity during practice hours and we will aim to see you on the same day.
